Objectives:

In 2000 Aruba and The Netherlands have agreed to create a different program of funding for development activities on Aruba. Central in this program is Fondo Desaroyo Arubana (FDA), an independent body that facilitates project assessment and processing. The purpose of the evaluation was to present recommendations for improvement.

Description:

The FDA operates in 4 priority sectors: Health, (Quality of) Governance, Sustainable Economic Development, and Education. APS International was invited by IMD Curaçao (see: www.imdcur.com) to participate in the team and be responsible for the education sector.

Report was presented in January 2005.
