Objective:

Improve the competence of tutors in secondary education 

Description:
Develop 8 modules, aiming at developing knowledge,skills and attitude of a tutor in a class and/or face-to-face settings. Among the subjects are counseling, group-work; career education and guidance;  how to involve parents?; supporting learning strategies; motives,  coaching and teaching.

Training Careers Counselors

Objective:

Basic knowledge and skills for career teachers in secondary education

Description:

An 5 days course: basic knowledge of career approaches; career education and guidance conversation skills in the classroom and/or face-to-face interviews; how to involve parents and peers?; how to involve the community?; test application; the possibilities of computers and internet in careers education and guidance; presentation skills; work plan and time-management; standards and competence for career teachers
