Education is about interaction of students and teachers, but also about students and students, teachers and teachers, teachers and school leaders.

Education also is about learning how to acquire skills, knowledge, strategies as these are defined in curricula and by the professional community of teachers and leadership.

In our training courses we aim to prepare teachers, school leaders and other professionals in such a way that in the end they will be able to demonstrate a wider repertoire of methodologies. Part and parcel of our courses is reflection on the effectiveness of the professionals’ behaviour in school. Focus of the courses is the core business of education: creating conditions for learning.
